Cuvée Jules is deliberately aged in oak casks. There by enhancing its natural fruitiness. Characterised by its red fruit flavours and only lightly oaked, this is a well-rounded but delicate wine. This is made from a blend of soft-tasting Merlot and the fragrant delicate Cabernet Franc. Its is very fruity and long on the palate. Its distinctive flavour is characteristic of the region.

A dry rosé wine, produced by brief fermation from mainly Cabernet grapes. Discover its lively, fruity nature with its taste of red fruit: red-currant, rapsberry. Best drunk young but will keep up to 3 years.
Agreements :
It can be served all through the meal. Serve between 8°-10°, it goes well with the summer meals: marinated fish, beef or salmon, vegetables terrines, goats cheese salads.
