A dry rosé wine, produced by brief fermation from mainly Cabernet grapes. Discover its lively, fruity nature with its taste of red fruit: red-currant, rapsberry. Best drunk young but will keep up to 3 years.
Agreements : It can be served all through the meal. Serve between 8°-10°, it goes well with the summer meals: marinated fish, beef or salmon, vegetables terrines, goats cheese salads.
